Gentle Yoga Class

Kassie guides us through this slower-paced class by slowing your breath and movement which trains and challenges the muscles gently and gradually. Kassie provides a safe learning environment with explanation of the postures with modifications and props, repetition and adjustments when necessary.

Itsy Bitsy Yogis 

For walking babies to 4 year olds with their grown up. During class the Itsy Bitsy Yogi will move to creative movement through rhyme and story while exploring through yoga poses, sensory play and a moment to bring awareness to our breath. These classes are designed to bring balance and body awareness through gross motor play while strengthening language skills, social interaction with care-giver/child and with our friends in class.

While yoga mats are available,The Itsy Bitsy Yogi is not confined to the mat, the whole room is the yoga mat! The Itsy Bitsy Yogi is encouraged to embrace their own unique version of the pose.

Yoga Mom & Baby

For moms and babies one month after birth to 1 year old, this class offers time to connect with your baby as Kassie guides you through a yoga class for self care that strengthens and brings balance to the pelvic floor muscles.  This class is designed using yoga poses incorporating baby within each pose!  

Kassie encourages the importance of meeting the needs of your baby during class.  Feeding (bottle or breast), changing diapers or walking around to help soothe your baby’s needs are welcome and encouraged.

***For moms and babies 1-3 month post birth, a doctor or midwife note is required stating it’s safe for you to perform yoga poses.

Restorative Yoga with Massage

Restore and nourish your body, mind and spirit with Kassie, licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher. Kassie guides us through this class that creates a space to slow down and open up for deep relaxation through 90 minutes of passive stretching, relaxation breathing and therapeutic massage. Restorative poses are held for longer periods of time completely supported with the use of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps). 

Massage is optional, please inform Kassie of your preference prior to class.

Restorative Yoga deeply relaxes the body and mind, restores balance and aids in the capacity for healing.

Baby Massage Class

I am so blessed to have the joy to serve the most adorable clients in the world!

In this class you will learn about the history and the evidence based benefits of infant massage. You will have hands on learning with your baby how to activate the "rest and digest" of the nervous system to help baby rest and cope with digestive issues, you will also learn how to breathe and move with your baby through yoga poses.  Babies 1 month to 1 year old are welcome!  Mothers who are postpartum (less than 4 months) a doctor's or midwife's note is required to perform yoga poses.

$30 for caregiver with baby (both caregivers can be present). Please register by calling or texting Kassie at 920-221-8660.

Chair Yoga

Kassie guides us through this gentle class of Chair Yoga.  A chair is used as an aid to preform postures, bringing mindfulness to breath and movement.  This class is ideal for anyone experiencing difficulty standing, limited mobility, severe aches and pains, balance issues, as well as those who want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position.

Chair Yoga increases flexibility and strength, improves range of motion, balance and coordination, and relieves stress.

Kassie guides us through this 30 minute lunch hour practice midday by slowing your breath and movement through restorative poses which are held for longer periods of time in passive stretching, relaxation breathing and closing for a moment in meditation.

Lunch hour Restorative Yoga & Mediation relaxes the body and mind, restores balance, aids in stress reduction and centering.
